What we collect when you contact us, why, and how to have it deleted.

When you fill in an estimate form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, city and project description you type into it. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we never will - if a page ever asks you for a card number, it is not ours.
We also receive the usual anonymous website analytics through Google Analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site referred it. That data is not tied to your name.
To quote your job and to talk to you about it. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details, we do not trade them, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which passes them to our email and stores them on our behalf. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Nobody else receives your information unless you ask us to share it - for example with a supplier pricing a specific material for your job.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after two years. Records for jobs we actually carried out are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep contracting records, and because the workmanship warranty runs for two years after completion.
California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Call (949) 320-3095 or use the contact page and say what you want done. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
This site sets Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works fine without them. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
This site is meant for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
